After a few consecutive weeks of being left out of the Texas High School Baseball Coaches’ Association 4A Top 10, much of the talk in the Lake Travis dugout prior to Friday night’s non-district game against Round Rock revolved around why the Cavaliers (19-10-1, 4-3) weren’t being named with the best teams in the state.

Lake Travis (19-8-1, 4-2) rolled through district play last week, plowing by Marble Falls 10-0 and out-slugging Cedar Park 11-7.
