U.S. Department of the Treasury is attempting to seize 1205 Brooks Hollow Road in Lakeway and two other properties in connection with an Austin Police Department investigation that netted 123 marijuana plants and 5.5 pounds of dried marijuana, according to a federal lawsuit filed March 16.
