I don’t know why Jeff Decoux chose to cite the demographic prediction done in 2004, seven years ago, that was used to help plan for the 2005 bond.

The “Academic Excellence in Lake Travis” anti-bond group wants voters in LTISD to vote against the 2011 LTISD $158 million bond so that it can force the district to develop a smaller $60-90 million bond for the May, 2012 ballot.
