Affirming a trial court ruling in favor of the Lake Travis Independent School District (LTISD), a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has ruled unanimously that LTISD’s policy requiring all visitors to its schools to undergo an electronic sex offender check before obtaining access to the school does not violate parents’ constitutional rights.
