Former LTISD Trustee Jim Cummings is another (unmentioned) owner of Silverton Homes who has long been suspected of having an unfair advantage of where schools would be located so land could be bought closeby, thus an easy sale for Silverton (note Serene Hills Elem proximity to Lakeway Elem).
