As they’ve done for the past two years, the state champion Lake Travis football team will meet its community in a parade at the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave.

The parade is set for 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 17. Team members will be driven through the Galleria to Bee Cave City Hall, where an awards ceremony will take place.

Organizers are still looking for volunteers to drive convertibles in the parade. Anyone with a convertible they’d like to drive can contact either Amy Still at astill@austin.rr.com or 750-3355 or Bob Dorsett at bdorsett@dorsettswift.com or 600-4365.
