It is time that this agency that was created to protect us is put back in its place and made to stop running over citizens rights. They show no respect for property or constitutional rights. It has become LCRA rights. Now the question is "Is it leadership or lack thereof"? They follow none of their own rules and seem to worry about money in their pockets more than what is right or wrong. It doesn't seem to matter what it is about if LCRA is involved you can bet that the honest citizen will not come out on top. They need to be put under Sunset Review and have a few Management classes that have honesty and integrity taught. LCRA is as it was said ARROGANT and their word is nothing.
