Lake Travis (44-3) cruised to a three-game sweep of Boerne Champion in Wimberley Friday night in the second round of the state playoffs.

The Lady Cavs won 25-23, 25-16, 25-18.

The win sets up a rematch with Cibolo Steele, a team the Lady Cavs beat in three games last year in the Region IV tournament final.

Steele advanced to play Lake Travis with a 25-5, 25-13, 25-11, win over Hendrickson.

The time, date and location of that third round match are all TBA. The winner heads to the Region IV tournament, which is a four-team playoff for one of four spots to head to the state final four.
