Local home building company, Grand Haven Homes, launches their eighth neighborhood with the ground breaking in the Woodlands at Rough Hollow Lakeway. Grand Haven Homes begins construction this week on their first homes in the Rough Hollow neighborhood.

    Wow… This guy can build a “bust development” that sits empty for 2 years and still get good press. Rough Hollow has sold a total of less than 20 homes in 2 years and now I have heard he is devleoping another area of Lakeway.

    Someone please say something about this why should the City grant this man another permit to build something when his current projects sit vacant? Something seems fishie hear?
