The Lake Travis (17-15) girls’ basketball team will face No. 16 Cibolo Steele (25-8) Friday night at San Marcos High School at 7 p.m. in the second round of the playoffs.

The Lake Travis (3-6-3, 2-0) boys’ soccer team controlled most of Tuesday night’s game against Marble Falls, but it wasn’t until 8o minutes into the game when Stephen Pyle found the back of the net to lead the team to a 1-0 victory.
